Link K. Schwartz FRAUD - Under Investigation STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY Los Angeles, California

After searching for Family Law Attorneys in Los Angeles and Century City, I hired Link Schwartz to handle my divorce.  She seemed good at first and laid out a simple strategy for what should have been a very easy case.  However, as the case went on I became suspicious that she was PURPOSELY stretching out the case and milking me for money as we were many times over the initial estimate she gave me with no end in sight. 

I finally found out why after a meeting with my ex's attorney that I had to join via telephone.  After everyone left, her phone must have accidentally called me without her knowing.  What I heard was SHOCKING to say the least.  She was openly discussing how she was purposely SCREWING me over, her own client, and LAUGHING about what a cash cow I had become.  MY OWN ATTORNEY was taking advantage of me.  She joked about whether she'd buy a new mercedes or a boat with the money she was stealing from me.  I didn't menetion the other attorney's name because he told her he would not particiapte in her scheme (but he did admit he would have to respond to whatever dousuments she filed). He also told her she was being UNETHICAL and was a DISGRACE to the profession.  At least he had some balls.

I've done some research on her and unfortunately, I AM NOT ALONE.  She is actually a very incompetent attorney and the more I've looked into her the more shocked I am that I ever FELL FOR HER LIES.  It appears she is already UNDER INVESTIGATION based on multiple similar complaints but who knows how far that will go.  Attorneys don't usually turn on each other and besides, they are ALL MAKING money off of her scheme.  Based on how she threatened me, I'm assuming many of her victims never speak out.

I cannot urge you enough DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUD or you will end up like me.  There are plenty of good attorneys out there whether you want a someone nice or agressive.  SHE IS NEITHER.  This woman is a con artist STEALING money from her OWN CLIENTS.

By the way I did confront her on what I heard and she threatened to ruin me  and make sure I lost everything in my divorce hearing as well if I came forward.  After spending well over $100k with Link, I replaced her and was able to get everything finalzed with much better results for about $10k.  I'M NOT SCARED OF YOU LINK and I will make sure EVERYONE knows that you are nothing more than a SCAM ARTIST.  I'm sure when the investigation into your practice is finished, you'll be needing an attorney to keep your criminal butt out of jail.
