She contacted me well past the 12 days with the instructions as to how to proceed with registering the domain name with the host. After following her instructions and making giving her the info she wanted from the domain host, she virtually turned a deaf ear to me.
I have emailed her persistently in trying to get an update for the website transfer but have gotten no reply back from her for over a month now. I have told her to either transfer the website over as promised, or fully refund my money.
Future customers beware that she comes across as very professional in her initial dealings but fails to communicate and deliver the product as desired once she has your money.
