Lipton Buildings Will Flanigan, Thomas (Will) Flanigan Ripoff - took the money and ran, Internet

Hired Lipton Buildings, Will Flanigan, to build a horse barn for me.  After designing and laying out the area he asked for a portion of the cost, $11,000.  He had a dozer guy come out to level what I had already paid to have level.  He had wood delivered and we never discussed a wood barn, just metal.  He had framers come out and frame it.  He went to my bank and I had authorized the first payment of $11,000 in a cashiers check.  He said he wanted cash.  I had someone else building a carport.  They told me the dozer guy kept coming by asking for Will to get his money. 

Will told me the framers mother was sick and they had to take off to go to the hospital.  Now Will won't return my calls, texts or emails.  No more material was delivered after the lumber.  I called my bank to find out about what transpired with the cashiers check and was told he wanted all cash.  That was weird.  Its been over two weeks and no one has been back to complete the barn.   I had told him my brother was questioning some of the work and process of the barn, i.e. the grade was way off.   Just a bad year with divorce after 20 years, illness and now a ripoff artist.  Lesson learned, trust no one.
