On July 5, 2010 I bid on an Auction for 100 womens purses.  The purses should have 8 total pockets. Each side carries 4 credit card pockets and one of ID. The side with ID has 4 pockets for credit cards.  However any cards inserted will slide to the bottom depending on how it is positioned. 


 


The purses are defective and the credit card will not fit into the pocket and have to be forced in and will eventually tear the pocket. 


 


The purses description should have been reject purses or defective purses and probably not receive any bids therefore it is not disclosed. The purses are worthless and cannot be sold even at a 50% profit on the retail market.  They are not worth the price. 


 


I contacted the Auctioneer and they requested that I send a bill of lading, 15 pictures and supporting documents.  I do not own a camera or know anyone that owns a camera therefore I was unable to send a picture.   Pictures on their website cannot be copied or is printable. There was no bill of lading or any type of supporting document in the package that I could make copies to meet their request. 


 


The policy is that I notify them within two business days.  I notified them right after I received the package on July 8th, 2010 and requested an RMA (return merchandise authorization). They have refused to accept a return after I waited 10 days for their reply as they suggested.  I would still be waiting if I did not contact them. That is how incompetent they are.


 


I am disputing this charge in the amount of $164.83 paid on 07/06/20/10 to Liquidation 7700 Eastport P. Washington DC based on the premise that the item is defective and should have been described as defective or rejects. 


 


Do not buy from Liquidation.com it is not an honest corporation and you could lose on the products you purchase.
