There were several similar lots of binoculars for auction at the same time, with similar items included. All of them had about 25% of the items making up the lion's share of the value of the lot. I am curious if other people received their merchandise with the most valuable items in the lot broken. I believe that this would be a way to sell "salvage" quality merchandise as "return quality" merchandise and make more money ripping people off.
