Today, the junk tire people that pick them up pay for the junk tires because they have a use for them, in fact they fight over who will get the tires and how much they are willing to pay for them.
We have come along way, with recycling and this is just one way we are still getting ripped off.
Now as far as a job for Lisa P. Jackson, Administrator of the EPA she should be fired, she is doing nothing, everything was put into action before she got there and she doesn't even know what to do.
