I trusted Lisa's cakes with a detailed description of the cake i wanted along with an image 3 months in advance of the required date. Payment was due upon pick up however it wasnt until the day before that i was advised via email no less that they could not take on the job, leaving me no time to source a replacement. Worst customer service ever!

After posting this report Lisa's cakes phoned me and advised that they had a technical issue at the time of ordereing and thats how my order was missed. Although i was frustraited, i can understand systems fail and the customer service they provided was quite good. I would order from them again.
