 In May of this year 2012 I reached out to Litigation law Group after I was contacted by a brochure in the mail, about their assistance in lowering home-owners mortgage. I then called the telephone number 1-714-919-7243 Arminda Patino, she sounded very professional and sold the company to me. After telling me about how great the company is and that the workers are all lawyers, she swayed me.  I told her that my cousin was ripped off by a company in California before and that I did not want to encounter the same thing.  Arminda assured me and even gave examples of people who received results. I kept sending money to the company through Chase Bank. I have all receipts.

Every month I kept in contact with Arminda. Bank of America keep calling and contacting me about my Mortgage, they sent me remodification documents, I called Arminda who told me to forward them to her. I went to Fed-Ex and did so. I had to call to see if the send documents were received. It seems like after a substantial amount of money was received communication with Arminda decreased. I would call and leave messages without any return call.

It shifted from Arminda to Duane Mercado who told me that he would be the person that will be handling my remodification. No communication from him. I received telephone messsage that he requested certain documents and never received them.  He claimed that the requests was sent to my e-mail, I searched up and down no email found. One day I also received a message from some one named Christine who also told me she will be working with me. The same message was left about email I never received. I left several, numerous messages to these parties and no one has responded. the last thing i did was send two emails with cc. no one has responded up to this time. Also left telephone messages , no response I need my money back, because at this time I have no one to talk, and I am willing to contact the banking department in Washington DC.
