LBNA states they are available around the clock to assist but they take almost two weeks to respond to emails. When we brought to their attention the issues they ignored us and told us it wasn't thier issue.
They took advantage of a family in a dire situation with a sick child with no regards to our real needs.
LBNA has a very high-fee for not providing what they promise.
