I have purchased two cars from this car lot and was really impressed by Charles and Chico and the way they seemed to care about their customers. They would work with you on repairs etc for the most part. Now I've runinto serious problems with my eclipse spyder and one repair bill amounts to1300 and now I have another repair bill no idea of the cost. Since Chico has gone they have a new "lady" named Kimberly who informed me my car would be ready last Saturday then I wAs informed it would be ready by 5pm yesterday the 18tj so when I call and asked about my car and when it would be ready causevo already missed days at work Kimberly told me find a ride to work....really??? I live 42 miles from my work! She then stated" we don't care what's wrong with the cars we don't care when they are going to be done " yet they care about getting basically 500.00 a month from me for repair notes and car notes. What can be done because short of letting the car go I don't know what else to do other than file a complaint but if you want quality caring people it's not the receptionist that's for sure!!!

You say this woman is new to the business? It could be the decision maker does not know how she has treated you. Find out thru other sources who owns the place and/or who the General Manager is. In a very brief way (just like you did here) tell him/her how poorly you were treated and how the treatment of you has changed since this woman has come aboard. Do not assume the head person doesn't care or already knows. Do some homework and get that person's name. There is no excuse for a customer or client to be treated as you have been. If this woman worked for me I guarantee you she'd be out on her rear end in a split microsecond!

True I could but they've been really great in the past with helping keep customers satisfied and Charles is working hard it seems to get my car repaired and back to me. I just like the fact they work with ya for the most part but I finally did get an answer to what was wrong with the car and now it's another undeterminable amount of time to get parts n get it fixed
