Hi you all! I was able to save my home because of a really true friend who lend me money. I am still out to stop others from going through the same as I did when dealing with Litton Loan Servicing. I have contacted many representatives and other government agencies and I am now getting reponses. Here are the steps each of you need to take when dealing with Litton Loan and other mortgage companies. First attain an attorney. Second make sure you keep all corresponding letters etc. Watch for Insurance being cancelled etc. They are suppose to pay the insurance and taxes if you set up those through your payment agreement. They are responsible for all late charges and money back to you if they did not pay the insurance YOU have set up with your payment. I have been contacted by twenty two attorney's so far and all want to take my case against Litton. Attorney's want to hear from you. Contact news media and other forms of media to get the word out. Because of the news media over fifty Ohio consumers who have Litton Loans as their mortgage servicer are now seeking help because they have been over charged etc. Most important do not give up. If you already lost your home you are still able to sue and be part of lawsuits that are going against Litton. Maybe if anything you can get a new home etc. There is hope!
