I was placed under an approved amount for a 90 day trial period. After paying the tiral payments on time for 5 months, Litton Loan then said I did not quality based on NPV and income. I believe this to be fraudelent.
They have now sent me a demand letter of intent to foreclose. My original loan is an interest only loan. Due becoming unemployed and extensive illness of my husband we found ourselves in this situation.
Litton's solution proved to be one of unethical, immoral and deceit. I believe they would rather foreclose than to work to keep their work and permanently modify the loan.
