Live Lead Pros Worst Vendor Service Possible...Slick Sales Zero Support...Product glitches and steals your money! No Appropiate Response from Manager Fort Lauderdale Florida

Live Lead Pros is a company offering robodialing services.  They claim its legal, but the disclosures laying all the liability at the clients feet speak otherwise.... but thats not the Rip-off.  This company has a system that basically requires the user to turn off or on the flow, and it glitches constantly.  Meaning you turn it off and it keeps going spending money while you miss on the "tranfers" for days at a time.   If this goes on say over the weekend, your account is pretty much drained by the time you find out on Monday.   Where Live Lead Pros truly becomes a rip-off is when you try to ask management for help.  From Sales Person to IT trainer to Manager they all take the stance that zero blame for this should fall on them and they immediately get defensive and condescending.  I begged for training durring the first week and was given the least amount of time possible (basically told how to turn it on or off).  When I went to the sales guy with this, he provided little support either.  After going to management asking for a more in depth understanding of how to avoid this situation, I was told he could pull a recording of my 5 minute training and replay it for me, but that was the best he could do. This shadey at best company really has no problem stealing your money, customer satisfaction is not even a factor and according to the manager who fields the above issue of wasted clients funds over 500 times a year! If he were to "help the clients out with this problem then he would be out of business."  Hopefully he goes out of business by not helping.  I am not a competitor but a recently burned client that lost thousands with this company, don't make the same mistake, please.
