I wanted to be able to purchase concert tickets right at ten am when they went on sale. After I purchased the membership, the opportunity to purchase the tickets was not presented. This is why I purchased the membership and it did not fulfill that need. Please acknowledge this message and let me know whether you intend to refund the charge considering the circumstances.
