Just opened up a new business and a sales man representing this company came into my door and promised everything they didn't do. He told me that This magazine reaches out to the local community and would be given out to every person at the surrounding Krogers in our area. He took our flyer and logo and said the art department would take care of everything and that the price would be broken up into payments deducted every 3 months. We agreed and I haven't heard anything from them since. The art department reached out to us through one email and I told them their representative had all our information. I then sent them our logo and never got anything back. Not only did they not put us in for that month coming up but they also didn't have the magazines out at the local Krogers. Just one that is 15 miles away from my location (so they say). I went to the closest Kroger (3 miles away) and they said they've never done anything like that. I called and left messages and never got a response back. And now I get a phone call from an extremely rude lady telling me that if i don't pay tomorrow morning the remainder amount of 500 dollars she is suing me. I asked her if I could pay the amount they were debiting originally which was 268 and then pay the remainder after and she said no. Extremely unprofessional and did not hold up to their end. Still to this day which is 5 months later I have yet to see our advertisement or hear from this company. When I call them no one is ever able to answer or call back. And no one knows anything. This company needs to be put out of business.
