Loandepot said that the house was not worth the appraisal amt. Go figure. I went to a mortgage lender and had no problem getting the job done alot faster and easier and did save over 2k in closing cost. Needless to say good by to my $495. deposit RIPP OFF. I have seen similar reports just like this one on this issue.
