The company took so long to arrange the loan, and then wanted to charge us extension fees, even though I had to pursue constantly, the loan officer in charge of the loan, to move things along. We provided all information right away. We consider this bait and switch and a huge waste of our time and energy. We would like our $495 back, because they changed the terms, without us knowing. I have all emails to back up these claims.
