- For some reason they didn't have your insurance on file, ignoring an issue does NOT make it go away. But this doesn't go with your statement a bit later on. If you ignored the issue what reason would your insurance have to send the information "multiple" times?
Now the next issue is what insurance do you have? I am not talking company(although it wouldn't be the first time an insurance company said they did something and didn't), I am talking about the level of insurance. Because when you finance a vehicle the lender requires you to have "FULL" coverage. That is not only liability but Comprehensive as well. They also generally require a minimum deductible(such as $500). If you do not meet these terms they do have the right to put in "Force Placed" insurance.
Is there a way to see how many money orders they have received from me?
- A company can only show you what they received. If you want to find out if the MO ever got cashed you will have to take it up with the company that issued the money order. If you have proof that they cashed the Money Orders then you need to deal with them and show them this proof. But if this is another case of you just paying what you want not what they say you owe then you still may be considered late.
