Lobel Financial Ripoff good people who are just trying to get by ripoff Anahiem California

Hi I have a loan through lobel financial. I have been there for 13 months and I have never missed a payment, until this last month. My payments were for 275.84 and I only had 3 payments left on my loan. I was unable to make my payment to them in October of this year and I spoke to several different people and they said that it would be ok to make my payment on the 1st of the month.

So I mail my payment to them on the 1st like I do every other month, and on the 4th of December a tow truck was taking my car away. I tried all day to talk to someone on how to get my car back and was hung up on and transferred so many times. Them the account manager Elizabeth Sala told me that I would have to pay the whole balance due on my loan plus the tow fee and the late fees in order to get back my car. I only owed 827.52 on my loan and she told me that I would have to pay 1538.75 to get my car back and when I asked her to tell me why it was so much she told me that they would add on extra fees so that if I owed them anything they forgot that they would have the money. And she Elizabeth sala even laugh at me on the phone and kept putting me on hold so that she could talk to her other employees about me. Then when I asked to speak to the manager Howard he refused to speak to me. I tried for 7 hours to find out where my car was taking and what needed to be done to get it back and they did nothing to help me. I have filed a complaint with the Better business bureau to have them investigated.

I recommend that no one use this company for financing no matter how poor your credit is. A Law suite must be filed in order for Lobel financial to pay for what they have done to all of us.
