Local Splash Took my money and ran Internet

The telemarketers from local splash kept calling.  I finally decided to listen and after being told I would be number one search on Google, Yahoo and Bing in my area (100 mile radius) and promised a money back guarantee (totally risk free) I decided to give them a chance. 

They said in 4 to six weeks they would have everything set up.  This was during the holidays so after 8 weeks I called to see why there were no promised results.  This is after spending hours and hours on the phone with them to get things set up to my parameters.  The first person I spoke with had no information and wanted to start getting all the info again.  As a small business I do not have time to do these things over and over again.  But I did.  They will get right on it.

I call back two weeks later now they are waiting for Google to release my information.  Why Google does not own it?  And still they keep billing.  3 months have now gone by nothing.  I call to cancel because I was promised a money back guarantee.  I misunderstood that is not what they said. 

I asked them to review the recorded phone conversation because I repeated over and over again that if I am unhappy I just call and you refund my money right?  The answer was always yes.  They say they listened to the call and based on that we owe the money.  My attorney asked for a copy of the recorded call.  Surprise surprise we still don't have it.  They still have my money.

If I pay for electric service but get none they don't bill me.  Not so with Local Splash they do nothing and bill and bill and bill.  Their promises are bull$#!*.  I am still waiting for a copy of the recorded phone call upon which they based their decision  that they were not in the least deceptive in their description of what I would get and when I would I get it.  I guess that one got erased by accident.
