Locon Construction Paul Holland DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF Sonoma and San Francisco California

Did a project for this company, subcontracting.  Did an excellent job with the project, finished on time and even got great comments on the job.  (Mind you, the job is in Paul Hollands name and is not hurting his reputation).  When it came time to get paid for the job, the check was made out to Paul Holland, Locon Construction.  All he had to do was cash the check and pay the funds for work that I did 100%, solely.  The check was in the monetary amount of about $6000.  That project was completed LAST YEAR.  TO THIS DAY, I have yet to see a penny of the money for work I did.  He kept coming up with excuses, the IRS took the check.. etc.. etc....  IF HE IS SUCH A GREAT BUSINESS GUY, WHY ARE HIS CHECKS BEING TAKEN FROM THE GOVERNMENT?  NOW, I am a*s out on that money.  I had 2 people working for me that I needed to pay and had to pay them out of my own money.  If this company, Locon construction, steals from its' own subcontractors.. then there is no telling what they would do to a client.  I will remove this report when i get paid every red cent that is owed to me.  I should charge interest and damages for what it has done to me, but I am not a bad person.  I just want what is rightfully  mine.  Please Please Please do not do business with Paul Holland and Locon Construction.  Search for someone else to do your job.  This guy is not honest and will mislead you into thinking he is someone he is not.  He is a bold face CROOK.  If you see this report still online.. I have yet to get paid.  Like I said, when he pays me, I will remove this.  (I keep my word).. How disappointed I was in Paul Holland.  I thought better of him.  That just goes to show you.. Never judge a book by its' cover.  Paul Holland, thanks for nothing!
