After further research we come to find out that Shawn King Hudson who drives a used dark grey 745 BMW and runs a green jamaican food restaurant on south st in Philadelphia allegedly ran off with the $70k that he wanted to accuse Logantown for and the coratia promoters never got there money back from him from what we come to understand. Shawn King Hudson is the one that posted the rip off report on this site not the croatia promoters because the coratia promoters wired that money to Mr. Hudson not Logantown and he wanted to make it look like he gave it to Logantown and try to pin it on us by using this rip off report this is why we will never do a third party booking anymore we will only deal with the people who have the money direct not a third party in this case we should have delt straight with the people in Croatia.

Logantown Entertainment will Also Do a Conf Call With our bank manager and your company to show we never received any 70,000.00 from croatia or from Philadelphia or to take it a step further they will tell you no type of money like that was deposited into our account so if you like our books are open our bank manager is always available.

$70,000.00 was wired from the Croatia promoters to Shawn king Hudson of Philly to his Commerce bank account now TD Bank not to Logantown and out of that $70,000.00 only $5,000.00 ever came to us that we refunded right back. If $70,000.00 came to us we would like for that bank wire slip or that cash receipt slip or a copy of a check or money order that was cashed or deposited by Logantown to be cut and pasted on this site to show the world because to make an accusation like that for that kind of money or any kind of money I would think someone would show proof of that and not just accuse a company for something they didn't get with no poof and who would give someone $70,000.00 without the things I listed above as proof of a transaction like that were is the paper trail of this $70,000.00 there is none!

How does this promoter from Croatia or whoever put this on this site accuse our company for getting a million dollars from promoters right there you see his math is wrong! If you add up some of these false complaints that are on this site against Logantown form so called promoters you don't get a million dollars so again this shows how people don't read they don't do proper math they just jump the gun out of frustration because things didn't work out. In this business reading is very important and you have to read what you sign but not just read it you must also understand what you sign and that goes for every promoter that put a complaint on this site sometimes promoters and club owners are so in a rush to promote strong without understanding that if you book a show 30 days before your event even if all your money is in and you have a signed contract on both sides meaning the manager or the acting manager or buy sell agent as well as the promoter signed then that artist can still get out of that contract if someone offers him more money etc. The only time a artist is 100% locked is within the 30 days of the date but before 30 days any artist can get out of the date this why they are giving the purchaser 30 days before there event to find another artist this is not a Logantown rule that's the rule of this business check with William Morris, CAA and ICM those agents up there will say the same thing we are saying as far as this rule in this business but a lot of promoters don't follow these guidlines and they do there own thing.

Logantown Entertainment never recieved $70,000.00 from the crotia promoters or from Raw Entertainment we recieved a binder of $5,000.00 that when the show did not happen that money was returned right back to them with no problem 30 days before the date that the show would have taken place on that money was returned back to Shawn King Hudson from Philly and that's who we had all our dealings with. This deal started off going good and we delt with Shawn King Hudson in the past and never had a problem like this and the problem is not his fault or our fault we did a three way call with Kevin Edwards who was working at another company booking this act and there was no problem until the people in Crotia needed a lot of promotional things i.e video drop,radio drop,posters,high resolution pics of the group etc that we could not get in time and this is due to the fact that Crotia is a different country it's not like the U.S so they have to do a lot of extra promotion over there. After starting this deal with Kevin I was told by Rob Walker the manager of the group to contact and deal with John and Malinda at solo in the UK so we went fwd in doing that and this is when things started to get sloppy.We at Logantown never had a contract with anyone in Crotia are dealings and contract was in the name of Shawn king Hudson of Raw Entertainment from Philly there is no bank wire slip or any copy of a check or any cash reciept of Logantown getting $70,000.00 keep in mind that if this show was to happen it would have been a 100% up front deal because it's out of the country so that would mean that we would still need $65,000.00 to add on to the money we already had the $5,000.00 that was sent to us was returned to the promoter and that was just a binder it was not a full deposit. The only way that whoever is reading this should believe this report is true is if the promoters in Crotia or if Shawn King Hudson can copy and past proof of that type of money coming to our company and put it in this site but that could never happen because we never got that type of money from them.
