Logi Warehouse and Transportation says they are a christian based company. I believe they use the term "christian" loosely. First, they do lease purchases on trucks that are nothing but junk! They say there is to be no employier / employee relations between you and them. But they will terminate you when they get the chance. They make up the rules they go by as they go along. They got fined by DOT for log book violations, and are broke and swindeling drivers and Owner Operator out of their paychecks.

Pay: they shorten the miles on trips by using 2 mileage programs on each load. They take out what money, whenever they want to from your settlement to benefit them. My trucks (2) ran 4440 miles in a week, with a gross income of 5860.00 and they told me i didnt get a check, that there was no revenue for me. They leave out trips you run and dont pay you for them, they dont pay you for all your deadhead miles. they say they will pay you for unloading, and detention time. I had a driver that waited for a load he was dispatched on, for 26 hours, and they didnt pay a dime of detention pay. they shorten the trip miles on loads that the shipper gives you the round trip mileage for to benefit them cause they are broke after paying DOT fines after a DOT audit. they charge you fuel taxes on your trucks in states you havent even been to.

Fuel Surcharge: They have their own fuel surcharge chart that they pay you fuel surcharge from. You are supposed to be paid by the national average, not some stupid chart the company makes up. And the rate they pay you goes up and down every week. The price of fuel doesnt fluctuate that much.

Equipment: I leased purchased (2) trucks from this company. Both trucks had annual DOT inspection stickers on the. I was assuming they were DOT compliant. both trucks needed tires, had exhaust leaks, air dryers by passed. One truck needed shocks, cooling fan didnt work correctly. One truck needed an all wheel alignment and tires needed to be balanced. one truck overheats, even at an idle. They set behind the desk and done the DOT Inspection, never looked at the trucks while doing the inspection.

Contract: The contract states that if I break the terms of the contract, that i will not longer have the option of purchasing the trucks. How-ever, i would still owe the remainder of the truck leases on both truck. It also says there is to be no employier / employee relations between the company and the people who work for them. FMCSA states thet an independant who drives his own truck leased to a company is an EMPLOYEE of that company. In which case they are supposed to provide workers compensation insurance on their employees. They say your responsible for repairs to your trucks to keep them DOT compliant. They will loan you money to make repairs to your truck. and then out of nowhere they decide they are going to deduct 600 a week from your check and charge 12% interest on any unpaid balance you have until it is paid in full, which none of such is in any contract signed by both parties. they say you can refuse any load you dont want, which takes you off the avaliable truck board. your supposed to call them to be placed back on the avaliable truck board when your ready to work again, But instead they terminate you and charge you the remaining balance of your truck lease and they want the truck(s) returned to them.

 Office Personel: They do not know how to run a trucking company. they want to give you loads that have to be unloaded by hand,(tire loads) and then give you a deadhead of 100 to 175 miles to do in less than an hour. and when you do reach your backhaul load, your 11 and 14 hour rule of driving is up, but the load has to be delivered over 500 miles away the next morning at 7 or 8. Clearly making their drivers drive beyond the 11 and 14 hour driving hours of service rules set forth by DOT. The safety director is a ex-lawyer who kow nothing about trucking or transportation of freight, but somehow he managed to get to be in complete controll of the whole operation. The payroll person of this company will take whatever money she wants to out of your check that she wants to. she will place your fuel bills on hold without you knowing, then when you think you have a decent check she will pop up with these excuses of you owe fuel and , you have no check. they are suppose to take out insurance weekly, instead they take the whole months payment out in one week to eat up your check. She is so confused that she will make up advances you havent got to eat up your check, and if you did get an advance, she charges you double for that advance to eat up your check. Either way you go, Your NOT GETTING A CHECK from these crazy people.

Christian Based: The same safety director who is in complete control of this so-called christian based family owned company, will cuss you out in a heartbeat. He will even drive to your house to take pics of your trucks, and when he cant find you he will leave nasty messages on your voicemail. He will also trespass on your property in order to take these such pics. He will ring your phone off the wall until you mention you have contacted a lawyer, then he mysteriously just stops calling. He also says he will do things, and you can come back 3 weeks later and he still hasnt done them.

Website & Answering Service: They say if its out there they have hauled it. they only have dry vans, reefers and container trailers. they have never hauled flatbed, tank, bulk, vehicles, or anything else, but they have hauled it ALL. they also say if they dont know the answer to your questions they will find someone who will. They dont have anyone who can answer questions, not knowledgeably anyways. they say they have warehousing, storage, contracted & dedicated facilities, they dont even own a warehouse, they rent it from hankook tires.

they dont have any of this crap, or the personel to preform these dutys. they say their drivers are knowledgeable of all commodities they haul, and have been thru specialized training, they dont even have an oreintation.
