Sent this company a inquiry for a MP3 Aux wiring harness...they recommended a harness for my radio and was to be a direct fit. It was not....the harness itself took up most of the space in the dash where the radio fits, leaving no space for the radio itself. I communicated (e-mail only...no telephone number) with the "technical department" asking for advice and asking if some of the extra wiring in the harness could be cut off, taped, etc. to leave room for the radio. No was their answer. I then asked for a RMA as the unit would not work for me. Silence from the company. Several e-mails and no responce. Sent the unit back to them..signature required. Several days after they had recieved it..I e-mailed them Return e-mail immediately..."we have not recieved and no returns without RMA, blah, blah, blah." I sent them the UPS delivery reciept....then they said they would look for it. Two weeks later, filed complaint with PayPal. After Paypal told them of the complaint...as far as I know, they never replied. After the process was over, Paypal refunded all my money. I'm still out the $20.00 UPS shipping fee, but I feel lucky to have gotten anything back from these hucksters. Beware....
