Unlimited Plumbing Service has a double standard-- Their services are umlimited...
My heater was smelling like it was leaking Gas. I called the Gas company and they came out and agreed. The Man told me that they don't repair the heater even thought I was in a wheelchair and relied on it. He said that I would need to call a plumber/Heater specialist. I looked in the Pennysaver Newspaper and found, Unlimited Plumbing Service. I called them and they had a man by the name of Richard out to my house in less then an hour. Richard said that I needed three new parts. I questioned the fact that it was an old heater with new parts. But Richard reasured me and my state employeed helper that it was work. After three weeks had pass that Richard repaired the heater, I thought I was smelling gas again. I was then confirmed when my state helper visited me and she also smelled gas. I called Unlimited Plumbing Service and had to wait three days before they sent another plumber out. This company had operators telling me and my state helper that Richard didn't work there anymore. Between waiting for another plumbing, I called the Gas company again. I was at that time living in a cold house feeling light headed. A different man came out from the Gas company and said that I not only has a Gas leak but fumes were coming backing into the house. The different plumber that came out from Unlimited Plumbing Services stated that I had new parts with an outdated heater. The plumber looked at the price I was charged and said, no way. He told me that I have gotten a new double wall heater for that price. I then called Umlimited Plumbing and told them to credit my account. I talked to Jill and she said she would sent another repairman out. I told her to stop send them out and to credit my account. I told her that I was over charged and that I was unhappy with their lack of responisibility of the delayed services. In the mean time, the second plumber told that he could fix the new heater for the same price but an extra 100.00 for the vent system is different on the new ones. I agreed. It has been a month in a half and I have been calling Unlimited Plumbing Srvices. They refusing to credit my charged card with a receipt from the new plumbing ( Carlos Plumbing. I sent the receipt fax for them. Today I received a call from Carlos himself. He was unset that I sent them the receipt and said that they (unlimited plumbing services) are playing games so they they don't have to refund me. He also said that the guy named Richard still works for them, doing the same type of jobs. Carols included for me not to call him and that my heater was no longer under warantee. I just wanted my money back and a heater that works. I will never get another service from the Pennysaver Newpapers again.
