Last year I subscribe to 100% letter (Tracking no. 20110729134002) but don't find it useful so I call them up to cancel and ask for a refund. They are very aggressive and insisted that I change my subscription to obscene profit even when I told them that I've stop trading the US stock market, they are not willing to give me a refund and I was forced to ride my subscription for the whole year.

On 30th May 2012 after 1 year I was charge US$595 on my credit card without my authorisation, I did not call them as I find it hard to communicate with these people so I sent an e-mail asking them to stop the transaction and threaten to report this incident to the authority. Due to this I was asked by the bank to cancel my credit card and the bank will do an investigation.

In all fairness, you were advised at the time you signed up for your subscription based service of the automatic renewal. Our newsletter service is designed to renew automatically to ensure you do not inadvertently miss out on any financial or health related information, to which you are subscribed.
 
We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience you may have experienced in relation to dealing with a Customer Service professional, while we were attempting to help you make changes to your account, however.
 
CAN-121738-R1 verifies that your account is in the process of being cancelled, and it is pending refund.

In most cases, your refund is processed and is available much faster than the agent mentioned. We set your expectations accordingly, as there can sometimes be a 3-business day delay between when our refund is issued and when your bank allows those funds to be visible. 
 
We will do our best to issue the refund as quickly as we can from our side to lessen this wait. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I finally got a cancelation

Call them up again from Singapore, the respond is much friendlier today though a lot of waiting and going through 2 different
operators. I was told that I was put in an automatic renewal which I'm not aware of, then I went through the same telemarketing stuff to ask me to switch news letters till the point that they are offering me a life time subscriptions.

But I told them the same thing again that I'm not trading the US stock market anymore and just want my subscription cancel and the credit card transaction stop, they finally gave me a cancelation no. CAN-121738-R1 and said that the money will be refund. I'll wait to see what happen next.
