LON WROTE A VERY MISLEADING AND UNTRUE REPORT ABOUT ME AND I ANSWERED WITH A REBUTTAL. IN THAT REBUTTAL I STATED THAT THE MAN POSING AS A "JOHN" WAS NOT A "JOHN", I KNEW IT WAS LON POAGE.
OK, SO NOW LON, WITH NO EVIDENCE WHAT SO EVER, ACCUSES ME OF WRITING A REPORT ABOUT HIM AND HE THEN ADMITS TO LYING ABOUT HIS NAME BY SAYING THAT HE PENNED THE REPORT ABOUT ME USING THE NAME "JOHN". SO, THE PERSON WHY LIED AND CHANGED HIS NAME WAS LON POSING AS JOHN, NOT RICHARD ALLEN GROVE SOMETIMES REFERRING TO HIMSELF AS RICHARD ALLEN.
LASTLY, I DID NOT WRITE A BUSINESS COMPLAINT ABOUT LON, BUT THAT IS ACTUALLY A GREAT IDEA, SO I WILL DO THAT VERY SOON, RIGHT NOW, I HAVE TOO MANY ORDERS TO WRITE. SORRY LON, BUT BUSINESS IS GOOD FOR ME.
LON ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THAT I PUT HIS ROOF ON AS WELL AS 5 NEIGHBORS AND NONE HAVE LEAKED. LON DID NOT PAY ME FOR THE ROOF FOR MONTHS, HE DID NOT HIRE ME FOR THE PRICE HE AGREED TO. I TOOK HIS NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR TO COURT FOR NOT EVER PAYING ME FOR HIS ROOF, (BILL HOWARD) IT IS ON RECORD AT GWINNETT COUNTY COURT (ONLINE) AND I WON THE JUDGEMENT, BUT THEN THE GUY FILES BANKRUPTCY SO I COULD NOT COLLECT.
AGAIN, YOU DO NOT GET AN A+ RATING WITH THE BBB THROUGH BAD WORK OR DISHONESTY.
LON, YOU SOULD NOT LIE ABOUT YOUR NAME OR TALK TRASH ABOUT PEOPLE. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR WAYS ARE CATCHING UP WITH YOU SIR. LON, WHAT IS YOUR BBB RATING?

To whom it may concern, the individual slamming me for being dishonest has never had any business dealings with me directly. He is not in the wine industry, in fact I cannot by law sell wine directly to the consumer. I only deal with distributors and accounts as a consultant. He is simply retaliating agaisnt me since he tried to make an extra $4,000 off me and my neighbors for re roofing our houses, when we did our homework and received several other bids his was the highest by far. So instead of using him we used the companies with lower estimate, this is when he became angry. I filed a report on "Ripoff Report' to warn other people of his wrong doings and this is his way of continuing his dishonest ways. His name is Richard Grove or Richard Allen. He owns a roofing company and he is doing business in the Buford, Ga area, not sure why he is always changing his name unless he is hiding something. I have plenty of neighbors that he has threatened including myself and would be happy to provide their names and numbers upon request.
As far as myself I have industry references from accounts, owners and company ceo's in all channels of the wine business from all over the southeast that I will be happy to provide to anyone inquiring. Anyone that knows me can attest that I have always been a man of my word, as for Richard I feel for you!! If you would treat people fair and upfront you would have more business than you could ever ask for.
