They have been threatening to reposses the car from the day the first payment was missed. Now that I have caught up on the payments they come and get the car. I had a rough period and still recovering from it.
I am a sargeant in the us army, the military lost some paperwork of my marriage and my pay was so bad that I couldn't even afford to feed my family. I had a Lt. Colonel call lbac and they didn't care that it was not my fault that there was no way I could possibly make the payments.
I told them that by the fifteenth(today) that I would have my pay straight and they would recieve their money. Which I did, and now my car is gone. If there is anyone out there that can help the rest of us bring this company to it's knees then please contact everyone on this site that you can. Please contact me if you can help.
