My sister and mother and I have been trying to contact their customer service for the last 2 months. Everytime we get through to some one they put us on hold to check on the matter, then promptly our calls are dropped.
My mother continues to make the payment because it is the only vehicle that she has and she does not want a bad credit rating. Another payment is due and I feel like telling her not to make the payment then someone will contact her and maybe staighten things out.

POSTED: Monday, February 11, 2008You need to find that paperwork and look for the company and contact information. Even if it is LBAC it is probably a different department that you need to contact than the regular Customer (no)Service number. If you can not then contact the dealer he bought the car with. They may be able to give you the contact information.
