On August 20, 2012 we signed a contract with Long Fence to install a chainlink fence for our backyard. This according to the contract and the salesman was to be completed in three weeks. Well the three weeks turned into six weeks. While the work that the actual workmen did was satisfactory, the communication with the salesman and the customer service at their office left a LOT to be desired. We were also told by the salesman at the time of signing the contract that we should not have to pay until we were totally satisfied. I had a few minor things that I thought should be corrected and on October 1, 2012 a man named Jonathan who we were told was the owner of the company came out, listened to my complaints, and said he would be back in touch with us soon. So I received a bill meanwhile and went on and paid it. Guess what they got their money and three months later NOT A WORD from Long Fence.
