One would think that when Richard Sipala, Sr. passes a decade or so ago that he didn't envision his son Richard Sipala, Jr. running the family business into the ground and refusing to pay his suppliers.
We supplied product in October 2009 and still haven't been paid. When we try to speak to Richard Sipala, Jr. he ignores us completely. There is no office on site at 149 Longwood Rd only a construction-type trailer. Once we escalated to legal he has turned off his cell phone and just lets the office/trailer phone ring off the hook. It is evident that he has no intention of paying his bills.
During the past couple months we've been able to reach him twice on a blocked number and both times he has been "out of town at a funeral."
Do NOT sell to this deadbeat on credit if you want to be paid for your merchandise!!
