If you work here ...  you will be expected to take business calls on your personal phone (you don't get a company phone).
You will be expected to received leads for car sales as text messages to your personal phone (many people bought another phone/number so they could have a little sanity in seperation of work and life)... (btw, people browse the web 24 hours and those leads come into the web site in the wee hours of the AM and depending on your grouping and rotation,  are then texted to your phone as they came). If you happen to have a cell phone provider that is not compatible with their system, you will be frowned upon for not having spent the big bucks on sprint, ATT or t-mobile, and of course you will miss out on leads that other will be getting and taking advantage of and then you can't make the sales happen effectively.

If you work here, you will likely get only about HALF of the commissions that you are supposed to.  This happens when you arrange an appointment (small commission) and the car sales (big commission) but the car sales to someone else than the person you spoke with (different name recorded in manager's log) ...  Not to mention if the sale happens when you're not there .. well ...  you can guess that stuff happens ..  

If you work here, don't think about a 60 minute lunch off the facility or even a 30 min. for that matter.  You are expected to have full coverage there by bringing your own or going out to get for you and others and bring back to eat there, again for the coverage.

The stupid drug test is a hair test .. YES .. HAIR .. 3rd party facility that cuts FOUR samples of hair at different quadrants of the head __AT THE SCALP LEVEL__ ...  of course you don't find that out until the time you're getting the test.
