Lonnie was arrested last week on a probation violation when he was being charged in Cobb county state court for battery and cruelty to children and shipped back to Gwinette adult detention where he is being held on a probation violation.IN 2006 he plead guilty to felony damage to property and battery. Once he was arrested for the cobb domestic violence battery it kicked the information out and since he was on 5 years probation from gwinette they picked him back up and are revoking his probation. You know if you were fraudulently charged you can file a police report and to magistrate court and complete some paper work asking he be arrested and they will put it down for a pre warrant hearing. I would think this is theft by conversion for him taking your money.

1st learn how to spell (Gwinnett, ect), second rip of report will not remove false statements, so anyone can write any false statements they want and it will never be removed. Look at there site about this, nice right? Anyone can make up what ever they want and have it posted. Why don't you give me your real name so I can sue you for slander. I have never been found guilty for anything in my life beside traffic tickets. As far as credit cards, people get mad when they sign a 1 year contract and try to get out of it, read what you sign and follow what you sign. You must follow the contract. It is a federal crime to do what you have accused me of. If you have a problem dispute the charge with your credit card company. When we get these disputes we always win because we have a signed contract by the person trying to dispute the charge. So the upset person writes anything they want true or not.
