En novembre dernier, j'étais à l'ordinateur et une fenêtre est apparue à l'écran pour m'offrir un échantillon de produits de beauté supposément très efficace pour 5,99 $ incluant les frais postaux. Je me suis dite : pourquoi pas. Alors, j'ai remplie le formulaire de commande. Mais juste au moment où la transaction s'achève, la fenêtre se ferme et s'ouvre à nouveau. Ce n'est pas clair si la transaction a été bien conclue. Je remplie donc le formulaire à nouveau. Donc, quelques semaines plus tard, je reçois donc pas une mais deux confirmations d'achats, l'une de 6,36 $ pour le produit Alorè et l'autre de 6,38 $ pour Lorelia, un produit semblable. Les produits me parviennent quelques jours plus tard.

Mais en ouvrant mon relevé de carte de crédit, je sursaute quand je vois qu'on m'a facturé 105,28 $ pour le produit Lorelia et 103,45 $ pour le produit Alorè. Je me retrouve maintenant avec ces frais. En passant la commande pour des échantillons supposément gratuits, je me retrouve abonnée à un service de livraison mensuel, ce qui fait que d'autres frais me seront facturés. 

Selon la loi, le commerçant doit fournir une copie du contrat dans les 15 jours suivants l'achat. Ce contrat doit indiquer le nom du client, l'adresse, la date de l'achat, le nom de l'entreprise, son adresse et son numéro de téléphone, une description détaillée des biens vendus, le prix du bien incluant tous les frais connexes (droits de douane, frais de transport, etc.), le coût total de l'achat, les modalités de paiement, etc. Or, je n'ai jamais reçu de contrat, à part une confirmation de commande qui ne comprenait aucune indication claire sur le véritable prix du produit.

Selon la loi, je peux donc exiger l'annulation et une rétrofacturation de l'achat.

 

Last November , I was at the computer and a window appeared on the screen to give me a sample of beauty products supposedly very effective for $ 5.99 including postage. I said why not . So I filled out the order form . But just when the transaction is completed , the window closes and opens again . It is not clear whether the transaction has been concluded. So I filled out the form again. So , a few weeks later, so I get not one but two shopping confirmations , one of $ 6.36 for the product alore and the other for $ 6.38 for Lorelia a similar product. Products come to me a few days later .

But opening my credit card statement , I jump when I see that I was charged $ 105.28 for the product Lorelia and $ 103.45 for the product alore . I now find myself with these costs. Placing order for supposedly free samples , I found myself subscribed to a monthly service delivery, so that other charges will be billed to me .

By law, the merchant must provide a copy of the contract within 15 days of purchase. The contract must indicate the client name , address , date of purchase, name of company , address and phone number, a detailed description of the goods sold, the price of the property including all fees Related (tariffs , transport costs , etc. . ), the total cost of the purchase , payment terms , etc. . But I never received a contract , except an order confirmation which included no clear indication of the true price of the product.

According to the law , so I can request cancellation and a chargeback purchase.
