Before making a decision on if to hire them for real estate services, I would like to share with you a recent deal which they were a part of in order that you have a fair opinion of their work:

Was referred to sell a  property which they were aware of an exclusion from the previous buyer. They told the Sellers they had buyers ready to buy the property. Sellers refused to sign a listing agreement when they first met with them because the previous buyer was going to put in another offer. Lorne promised the Sellers he would add the previous buyer as an exclusion but this information was left out when they signed it. They were never able to obtain a written offer and the property was sold 2 weeks later to the previous Buyer. They then demanded commission and the Buyer had to pay them a commission since the exclusion was left off. They were rewarded with a substantial commission for their conduct. I would not recommend them to do business with.
