The LowCostHomeStudy.com offers a service that will assure that the certificate of completing traffic school will be filed with Los Angeles Metropolitan Court Traffic. They will claim they faxed a certificate to the court, however in my experience they will not cooperate in helping to make sure that the court has a record of the certificate, instead they will blame the court as leaving the certificate on someone's desk. The person on the phone at 626-282-2806 a male employee claims to have worked at the court and he has seen how these certificates just sit on desk. However they will not cooperate in re sending the fax and they will not contact the court to see what happened. They will tell you to wait an unreasonable long time 6-8 weeks or even 10 weeks even though the court itself will say it never takes that long to process the certificate. However, the court and school both say it's the student's responsibility to make sure the certificate is filed with the court. Well I paid to get a certificate from the school in the event this problem happens, well now the school and the court say that they won't accept a copy from me, that the certificate needs to come from the school. This school will not cooperate and keep in mind other schools do not tell you wait 10 weeks, they tell you wait one week and that's it. The DMV in California needs to shut down this school.
