I ordered an extra key pad for my vehicles lowjack system. They said that I would receive the key in 7 -10 days.  Well, I didn't receive it but they took the money from my account on the 7th of Feb.  Well, on the 20th of Feb, I sold my vehicle and called Lowjack to ask them when my key pad would arrive so I could give it to the people I sold my truck to.  Well, according to Lowjack, they mailed it on the 9th of Feb 2012.  They put me on hold and came up with some stuff about it should arrive by the next day.  I told them if it didn't they could just cancel the order instead of sending another one. 

 I waited 4 days and the package still never showed up.  I called them and a guy named Bob just kept saying that there is no refund.  I told him that I never received what I paid for and wish to cancel the order if it was never sent out.  He then says it may not have been mailed yet but they still don't give refunds.  I then asked him why would Lowjack charge me for something that I never received and they never mailed.  All he kept saying was, "there are no refunds".  I asked him for a tracking number of the package if they had actually sent it.  He rudely says that he doesn't have a tracking number.  I asked for his corporate headquarters number but he said I need to talk with his supervisor first and I said fine.  His supervisor was on another line and I waited for about 10 minutes until Bob came back on the phone and said that his supervisor would call me back later.  I told him to just give me the corportate headquarters number and he finally did.  I called to leave my complaint with someone but all I got was an answering machine. 

 I will give them two days to contact me and then I will report them to the BBB.  I actually thought by the commercials on tv that Lowjack was a professional operation but to rip off customers seem ridiculous.  Are times really that hard Lowjack?
