 THIS report is about the history and many experiences with Lowes my intent is to inform many buyers at Lowes and hope this information may in fact assist you in understanding the weak and impodent footprint of Lowes in States where I have done business with them and aid you in resolving many of the problems with the Managers who are the only compodent empolyees of Lowes and perhaps this posting /Report may in fact get the attention of Robert niblock and the decision makers that dont like being Dancing Chickens to wall street as an introduction id like to explain my business dealing with Lowes that encompasses many years of multi store and regional Business I have been a bulk buyer of gasoline power equiptment and building materials in fairly large quantities and have typically had a fairly good business experience and until this year had felt like Lowes was one of the better box type stores as im writing this report im awaiting a Letter from David a mid level manager that can not be reached on the telephone nor will he return phone calls I am going to cut and paste and send a copy of this report to Robert Niblock who will never read this report as some dancing chicken whos only purpose in life is to keep the executives of Lowes out of contact with any one that has a valid complaint against Lowes or any of their employees David is the Regional Manager for region fifteen and is based in Spring Texas his very small footprint encompases part of Texas and Lousianna as to the Letter from David I have no intention of opening or reading his letter and it will be returned unopened as I requested a call back from him and suspect that hes suggesting that I not do business with any of his stores going forward Lowes as a company is doing so well that they can turn away american money I guess the only customers that Lowes caters to are the illegal aliens that Texas and many other states have an abundance of My most recent Issue with Lowes concerns two stores one located off of I35 at Zamora in San Antonio Texas the managers names is Phillip in the course of my daily practice I contacted the store in june and had a brief but plesant conversation with a store employee about Out for repair Returned Power equiptment I was advised that the location had over twenty pieces including Riding mowers Zero turn mowers and various other pieces of Returned Items that could be purchased in bulk and at a reduced price the asst manager of the department was called Santos I have yet to speak to or meet the mysterious santos but have since confirmed that he does in fact exist after speaking to the specialist I asked for the store Manger was advised his name is Phillip and in the same breath told that he wasnt on site that day I asked for the MOD the manager of the day David took the call confirmed that the equiptment was in fact onsite and stated that Santos woud be very agressive in pricing the equiptment in bulk I agreed to purchase all 22 pieces based on the information and advised him that I was travelling from Galveston county and would be bringing my box truck for this Purchase and that Id see him or Santos upon arrival in San Antonio the trip was approx 500 miles round trip upon arrival I was referred to the department manager who took me to the receiving area and showed me the 22 pieces id agreed to purchase they removed several items while I was in transit and procedded to advise me that the bulk pricing was 80% of new yet I was advised that the pricing would be better than 50 of new as im a bulk buyer I typically buy items for 35% to 40% of like new I had a very brief conversation with Phillip who after all was at the store and in his cavilier manner suggested that his store had no issue liquidating the items and refused to discuss the material mis representation of the equiptment I asked him for his district managers number as my time is valuable and I thought He or She should be aware of this misrepresentation of material fact I contacted the store where she was based and is still based in San antonio and was referred to Frank the store manager who id suggest might have been Jennifers go to guy and asked him to have her call me He said she would call me and to date have yet to hear from Her and since the incident she has been transferred to The district where I live and think she can be found either at the Pasadena Location where steve is the manager or in pearland Texas where shaun is the manager ad by the way on of the worst stores for returns ive ever seen do a drive around the building and see all the neglected abused and broken pieces in their bull pen and try to buy some of those items from the store be advised some of the items have been back there for years incident two concerns the store in Lafayette La. [continued below]....

..... where Tony is the store manager after driving 295 miles in a rain storm I met with the assistant manager whos area of responsibility is seasonal items and advised him that I had done a drive around and saw many pieces of power equiptment in the bull ben with yellow tags on the items and that Tony had advised me that he would have his asst manager and his rtm clerk inventory these items the store in Lafayette had over forty items bunched together some of the pieces having been in the bul pen for several years based on condition and fading related to exposure after my visit I made a third call to Tony and was advised that he would have his asst manager or rtm clerk call me within two business days on the third day I called and spoke to the assistant manager who advied me that they didnt have that many items which was a blatant lie I look at tens of thousands of pieces and buy north of 3000 pieces every season and so his suggestion was a question of my eye sight and my mental state which was quite offensive after the Lies were stated I contacted Greg rutheford who is the Marketing director for south Lousianna and used to manage a store in Baytown Texas where I bought many Items during his tenure In the course of the conversation he acknoeledged that Lafayette was in trouble with out for repair items and that the Assistant manager had in fact lied to me the statement that he made that concerned me most was his knowledge about my experience in San antonio as I hadnt spoken of the experoence to any one I suspect that missy Jennifer who I understand is pretty angry since she couldnt get a job with LVMH and got stuck with a district managers position at lowes for sub par wages of 127.000 annual so although she doesnt know me has never spoken to me decided to attempt to hurt my business model and discuss my experience in San antonio with Greg Rutheford he of course denys that the two had any type of agenda Lowes doesnt have to sell any thing to any one ever period but if youre a value shopper allow me to assist you in how to buy items that have been returned first off any customer can return any purchase ever from Lowes with a receipt period they can not deny you a cheerful refund ever second all itmes returned can be marked down by any manager to 90% off with no communication with marketing or executives third no power equiptment that has been returned is ever worth more that 50% of new ever I have remarketd multiplied thousands of items some new some as new some gently used and you cant get new pricing for any product with any story ever if its not new in the box its worth 50 % if perfect its a rule of retail and has been in practice if you have questionable power equiptment take it to the store within 30 days of purchase ask for the store manager tell him you want your money back remind him of the policy of he resists ask for his marketing managers number advise him or her that youre leaving the item with them get your money back or get another item as long as Lowes has this ppolicy remind them of the policy refuse to be bluffed they have to take it back they will send your item out for repair and will offer ot for sale at a reduced price they follow a cadance mark down 20% first week 10% every week there after remember that all sold items are only worth 50% of new and every manager at lowes has mark down authority to 10 percent of new always heres additonal information related to power equiptment one of the highest margin points in box stores is the extended service agreement they cost the company approx 10% of selling price and they are worthless second item for consideration is this that Lowes hires Local repair facilities to do repairs and they always give contracts to the lowest bidders not the best company for the repairs hence many items returned are mis diagnosed or mis repaired or the service center just lies the only exception is john Deere is only worked on at Deere facilities and John Deere Dealerships are independent and box stores get poor service and their items are frequently the last items repaired update on this report I was advised by the Operations manager where Frank is the store manager in SA that the very store that lied to me had every piece that they misrepresented to me was stolen after hours probably by some desperate illegal sad but true so instead of taking a marginal loss on those items they lost one hundred percent on the Items Guess it looks good on profit and Loss statements huh im wondering why the Regional manager didnt ask jennifer why one of her stores had 22 items stolen and whats with all the pressure washers with no guns no hoses no tips dont buy them ever for more than 40% of new and insist that they provide you with a hose a gun and all the tips be ware unsuspecting buyers they dont always tell the truth usually dont know the truth and the mid level managers only care about getting to North Carolina Reality check time if you were executive material and know how to build a company youd already be there

Yet again in this life YOU ARE WRONG!!!! Nope don't work for Lowes, Im just a consumer like you are. I however AM NOT BUYING YOUR STORY!!!!! Just because YOU believe this to be the truth doesn't make it so. Im VERY disturbed by your lack of ANYTHING resembling honor OR integrity. YOU wished to make a purchase, Lowes DID NOT give you the sweet deal that you received at another Lowes, and some how, someway, that turns Lowes into some sort of monster?? How does that work?? Just because YOU didn't get the price you wanted DOESNT make it a ripoff. No, it is YOU being a dipwad!!! You are "Oh so important" that you cant accept your own role in this entire issue? At no point in the post that YOU made have you EVER mentioned that NO PRICE WAS DISCUSSED. Which means its wouldn't matter how far YOU travelled. YOU were going there on THE CHANCE that you would get the same sweet deal you previously received. So YOU made the ASSUMPTION that YOU would receive a sweet deal and when it didn't happen to YOUR satisfaction, YOU make a FAKE report to bash them. Your comment on the dead child is sickening and you truly need either help or a bullet in the head for THAT comment. How DARE you accuse someone of something SO horrible. You just don't want to admit that you have done all of this just so YOU can scam them and use internet blackmail to force them into giving you a cheaper price. Yes YOU have the RIGHT to say whatever you wish. But Im guessing your lack of empathy and knowledge come from the fact that you probably never saw the third grade. Had YOU completed Govt 101 YOU would remember that while the constitution gives you the right to say whatever you wish, YOU are held accountable for whatever you say or do. Its double sided unfortunatly the HEAVILY uneducated only choose to see the one side of the issue. Lowes has the RIGHT to sue you for WHERE you have posted your slanderous lies, AND for the content of those lies. Im guessing college was a "miss" for you as well. As ANY paralegal will tell you the EXACT same information I have. When you post on the web, you are posting on a media outlet. Which means that YOU are under the very same laws that every printed publication MUST follow or face fines and sanctions. You may never face sanctions but you would definatly face the fines, and the judgment of the lawsuit. I cautioned you on this but ppl like you ALWAYS look at ANY post as an attack. I guess YOU are the only living entity that has the RIGHT to voice their opinion.

At 4:41 P.M.  Scott called me from Lowes I didnt take the call its evident that the department where Scott is the area called the executive resolution area  many corporations have adapted their corporate structure to include a group like this group typically they arent at the corporate office they always have 16 specialists hand picked by the CEO of the company within ten minutes of responding to the Rebuttal published by one of Lowes employees this guy called me  his actual number is 866-284-8989 ext.9106 when I contacted the customer service  people I asked for this area and spoke to this Gentleman on two occasions the executive resolution department is nothing more than a heat buffer and almost every publicly traded

company in america has one of these groups they serve no purpose but to keep you away from decision makers and decision makers out of touch with their customers  im confident that Lowes will continue to harass me and I have no intention of talking to scott or any one else in the supposed executive resolution department I am going to copy this update and refer this to Robert niblock so Scott and his cronies can Read the email thats supposed to be read by Robert niblock  so Scott since its evident that you read his emails dont call me again im seeking a call from a National operations director that covers the states aforementioned not a regional director not a district manager nor a heat buffer thanks

im sure that  youre tender feelings were hurt by the facts of  my experience as for a law suit if you were an attorney which you arent id think that youd have enough sense not to suggest a law suit Lowes is far more afraid of law suits than their customers hey are you one of the same types that worked for depot that masterminds a way to Kill an innocent child im thinking youre rebuttal does nothing more than show your misguided zeal and if anyone can be sued for practicing their first amendement rights ill guess we will all get sued in short bolt sorter go back to counting bolts and hope that Lowes doesnt fire you for using the Internet while youre supposed  to be counting bolts enough said Bolt boy

 All your post tells me is that YOU did not get the price you were going after and thats all. There is NO RIPOFF here. Lowes doesnt have to sell you ANYTHING. YOU have NO IDEA if the internal policies have changed and they are under ZERO obligation to inform YOU of any policy change. BOOHOO!!!! You couldnt buy something at the price YOU wanted. Its Lowes RIGHT to set a price. Just because a previous experience gave you a set of internal standards doesnt men that you will get a sweet deal NEXT TIME!!!! Luckily Lowes has a legal remedy against people like YOU who think they can get away with presenting YOUR opinonns as FACT on the web. THEY have the 100% RIGHT to sue you for what youhave posted. Good Luck in your future legal battle.
