I purchased five Whirlpool appliances in November 2007 and immediately sent in the forms for the delivery rebate ($60) and the appliance rebate ($600).
I received the delivery rebate and never received the one for the appliances.

Now they are saying that they do not have the claim and it is too late to do anything about it.

This is an absolute scam and I think there should be a class action suit filed against Lowes.

very simple solution to this. the company that handles the rebates is outsourced and this is common practice with most companies that offer rebates. if you deal with the management at the store level, they will work with you. i personally have helped a number of customers and offered them a cash paid out. this is not a for sure thing as it is handled at the store level, but at my store, we take care of the customers!
