I am a general contractor and do most of my business with Lowes. I buy from Lowes all the time! I over buy the supplies I need in order to not have to make frequent trips to the store for more supplies. Many times, I return my supplies without a receipt and now I cannot make returns and have been put on a 'No return' List. Now I cannot do my returns to receive my money back - this is a complete rip-off!! Take me off this list! Why punish the small business for trying to make an income?
