They are the nicest people in the world to you before they get what they want and they seem very genuine, i understand why people fall for their scam, but as soon as they get your bank account details then it all goes down hill. They will not reply to your attempts to contact them (they hung up on me over the phone as soon as they realised they were speaking to me on several occasions!).
If you go so far as to use their service and get your own customers on board then be prepared to lose them as soon as something goes wrong because it will never get fixed and you'll never be able to get through to the fraudsters at loyal checkin to inform them of the problem.
The biggest issue of course comes when you try to close your account, because YOU CAN'T. They just won't close your d**n account and will keep taking money from you. They literally steal it from your account. The only way i managed to get it to stop was to cancel my card. This of course had the problem of cancelling every other bill associated with that card that then had to be set up on the new one - as i said you'll get a headache if you choose to work with loyal checkin.
If i had to sum up loyal checkin in three words: SCAMMERS, THIEVES, CON-ARTISTS.
