It was hard enough getting the sales people to awnser the phone or return messages. They were rude and disorganized. I was attempting to buy a loyalty programs for my sales team. The entire process was difficult and shady.
When I finally got a contract, It was a far stretch from what we had agreed upon and the sales people just told me to sign and get the ball rolling. Dealing with them after that was nothing short of a disaster. No phone calls. no customer service. just invoiuces for hidden fees.
