Do not use Lucido & Manzella! I had a misconception that legally it is very cut & dry when it comes to the rules of divorce, BIg MISTAKE!!!!  Manzella was my lawyer if u really want to call it that. I spent $ 8000 to get divorced, mind u had no assets, gave up the marital home, could of pressed the custody issue but went 50/50.  I got divorced in 2009 and since you see it's 2012 howuch this affected me. 1st court hearing Vince Manzella never properly prepared me even though I had asked him what to expect. Vince makes statement to judge saying she filed bankruptcy, making it seem like I have no debt, wrong. Makes it seem like I have no lawyer fees, wrong. We leave with judge ordering me to pay for soon to be ex's lawyer fees, utilities and child support because I make more money than ex. Mind u ex is a druggy, cheater, has been arrested, and works under the table & doesn't report his full income. His legal assist keeps screwing up papers, can't even spell & when I call to correct they charge $175, yes even the legal assistant who has to have known someone to get this job. When I complain about fees they say other side is sending all kinds of stuff that they have to respond too. Lies, ex paid $2700 for divorce but not really because I paid not including mine. Reminder mine was $8000. At the end of case Vince had another lawyer in office file suit against me for the balance owed even though I had said for months, I can only pay $400 / month. I was appalled by reading that another reviewer had his car taken. Who are they the Italian mob? Then the other  lawyer agreed to $ 400 /month so why file suit? I complain about all the charges again and Vince says he'll give me a couple hundred off because he's a nice guy. Mine you ex for years now screws around breaking divorce & custody agreement and do u think Friend of court does anything, nope. In fact children with me for months and ex still collects child support. And why because of crooks like Vince and crooks like FOC. Don't be fooled, the system is set up to make sure the judges, lawyers, FOC who are surprisingly lawyers get PAID.
