Notified me that I had won the 2007 Sweepstakes Lottery in the amount of $25,000.00. But they sent me a $2,800.00 check, which is subtracted from my "sweepstakes" winnings, and told me to deposit the check in my bank account. However, they informed me that some of the money from the initial check will pay for "applicable Insurance process fee."
