Luis was hired to develop a fitness App as well as a website In July of 2013. The cost of the project was $18,000, in which he required a $3,000 deposit, monthly payments of $2,000 until the project was complete and the final balance to be paid upon delivery of the website and App. The timeline I was given by Luis was November 2013. Here we are in July of 2014, and I have yet to receive a completed website and the app was never developed. He refuses to refund my money and continues to ask for an extension to finish the website,
but he has had 8 months of extensions and it does not take that long to complete a simple informational website. He was paid a total of just over $11,000 before I stopped making payments as I realized there was something very wrong with this developer. This is not the first time Luis Lucas has taken someones money for a website and not delivered. I wished I would have googled him before deciding to work with him. Do not, by any means hire him for any project as you will not receive it and just get ripped off.
