A month later, I receive another kit, (hardly a "kit"... it's in a ziplock baggie")
with no explanation. Now there is a $88 plus charge to my credit card.
I e-mailed them, with no response and it is impossible to get thru to them on the phone. The call won't even go thru. A message says "all circuits are busy.... try again later". Probably thousands of people like me trying to clear this up. I have to contact them for an RMA number to return this last kit and, hopefully, get a refund.
My husband is attempting to contact our charge card company to put a stop on any future charges from them. He doubts we can get this one removed.
Quite obviously a scam.
