Luminous Brites cannot get a refund, or get them to stop sending product and refunding my money. Glendale California

I signed up for the $4.99 free-trial of their whitening product. Instead of the nice packege pictured, everything came loose in a manila envelope (okay, the envelope was lined with bubble-wrap).

A month later I got another envelope, and was charged $89.00 automatically from my checking account. I could not find an e-mail address or a phone number to return the items. I have since received 2 more packages, being charged $89.00 each time, and these have had phone numbers and a web address. I have contacted BOTH. The web address, where it says "contact us" returns you to the home page, to sign up for the "Free-trial" for $4.99. The phone number gets a real person, who says the account has been in effect for 3 months and you probably won's get a refund, but to contact "support@LuminousBrites.com" to stop the mailing and future charges.

Well, that doesn't work at all.

So, how do I get my money back and get them to stop mailing this "crap" to me and charging me $89.00 each month, which I CANNOT afford?
