After discovering an unsolicited package from this company in the mail, and reading what their terms and prices were, I immediately called to tell them I wanted their service cancelled. I was told to hold and waited on the phone until it disconnected by itself. I then tried to get their web-site and got a search page which listed all the complaints and articles on Rip-off Report. I then called back and told them I would not hold, and they were to cancel any further transactions and refund my money as I was sending back their product which I had not asked for, I was then told that all that person could do is cancel my 'membership', not refund any charges already made. I was given yet another web address 'support@luminousbrites.com' whick was supposed to be the contact point for a refund, this site also won't come up as given to me. Do NOT deal with this company! It is a scam, trying to steal 90 dollars a month from people for a plastic mouth-piece and syringe of tooth bleach.
