received e-mail on 10-23-08 for teeth whitening product from luminous brites with name of crest in message.It said free trial just 4.99 for shipping.On 11-11-08 my checking acct. was billed for 88.97 without any authorization for them to do so. i called the phone number 866-360-1477 and a guy answered phone, after I gave him my complaint he hung the phone up on me.I called my bank and employee cancelled my card and tried to call their phone number but no one answered.I kept calling to no avail.On Thur.11-13-08 in the evening called and there was a message to e-mail support@colonex700.com to cancel order that I never placed to begin with they say you have to have rma number to get credited to your acct.I sent message that night.I called next day and asked him to give me number over the phone, he said they only do that through billing.That is supposed to be support@luminousbrites.com, and takes 24 to 48 hrs. so this guy says.I received e-mail on tues.11-18-08 saying I didn,t cancel within 20 days so my acct. was charged,their terms and conditions that they keep hidden. I also never received anything for my charges of 88.97.This is nothing more than thievery and conniving to rip people off because they don't want to work honestly to earn their money.They should be sentenced to jail or prison time as this is robbery and just imagine how much money they have made so far.I would be happy to join a class action lawsuit or whatever it takes to put them where they belong.people you can count me in.
