My checking account was fraudualently debited for the amount of 88.97 12/18/08, I immediately contacted the 800 number and was told by the rep. I had signed up for a monthly plan for a whitening program, because I hadn't cancelled the membership with in the timeline of the terms and agreements my account was charged but I could cancel immediately and contact customer support for a RMA # needed to return the product.

First, I work for a DENTIST and if needed could get all WHITENING products from him for free!

Second, I hadn't at the time received anything to return with or without a RMA# .

Last, my account was debited 14 days not 20 as the so called terms and agreements states! I want a refund immediately! There are complaints all over the internet about Luminous Brites doing this to people.

One person stating they actually worked for this company and the money would be refunded you only need to contact customer support to get a RMA#...What a JOKE!

Well this is my 6th REQUEST! I have also sent this email and all my other time stamped emails to several different agencies, bbb, and complaint boards as well as my own State's attorney general.

Tomorrow, I will turn this over to my bank as they assured me after I have tried to get the money refunded unsuccessfully on my own they would see that it is refunded in FULL!

Above is a copy of the latest email I have sent this company requesting the RMA# needed to send back a product that I didn't sign up for and didn't receive until 4 weeks after they charged my account. So I didn't get a FREE TRIAL it cost me 88.97!!!!

I have braces I can't even use this kind of product!!! They are fraudulent BEWARE!!!!! ALL my emails have gone unanswered. When I call the 800 number numerous Reps have told me I can only contact them thru email they won't give me a number to billing.

I saw that an employee posted on this site stating all anyone had to do was contact billing dept. and would receive a refund. Yet he/she didn't provide contact information/instructions! I'm going to my bank to have them deal with it from here on out!
